During the hotlaps the cars seems to run great, but during the heat the motor has a hesitation in the turns only, it sputters alittle then picks back up on the straights, same in the feature race. Seems to be when motor gets warmer since in hotlaps its fine. Here is what Ive tried so far. Changed carb(2b rochester)had all 3 carbs checked and tried all 3, changed distributer cap and all. New plugs and wires, changed fuel filters and checked vent at tank, reset valves, checked timing (32) This is a 355 with 882 heads. This only happens when Im getting back on the gas in the turns. Thanks for any input.

Make sure the check ball in the tip over valve hasn't fallen into the tank and gotten sucked into the fuel line. We had that happen and it took us about 6 weeks to find it. For some reason, when that happened the car ran great down the straightaway and would sputter and barely fun in the corner. Hope this helps.

we were running rubber 3/8 fuel line and the inside of it collapsed and would run fine for a few laps until the bowl would ruin empty but would build back up in the corner

I think racer17j just hit it an the head. I checked everything out that was mentioned and I think I found the problem. The fuel line is run through the frame, I pulled it out to ckeck and blow out the line. When I was putting it back in the frame(the same way as before) I noticed the line was going into the frt rt spring pocket area then out of the frame. So I pulled it back out and inspected that area of the hose again and saw were the line had been compressed. I sure hope that was the problem, will let you know. Even If it is not the problem What a great sight to get helpful info on just about any situation. Thank you

Raced last night and so far so good the problem is gone. Looks like the fuel line was getting pinched when the body rolled in the turn. Thanks again for all the input.
