1) I know changing springs will change the %'s, but Generally do you need a heavier right front spring on a metric street stock when on a steep bank track versus a flatter track?

2) Do roller rockers hold lash better than stamped rockers? Is adjusting lash any different between the two?

1: Yes more banking will tend to make the car roll over the right front.
2: I don't know about holding the lash better, but you need to be carefull when setting them because sometimes they will give you a false reading. Move the feeler gauge side to side instead of in & out.

Yes you want some spring split with steep banking, but be careful...alot of knuckleheads out there who don't understand the idea behind a "neutral" handling package. You may be much faster than the local racing heroes if you keep the split lower. That's the new tech now. Good luck!!

On the roller rockers...YES. They tend to be made from better materials and have more stringent quality controls.
