i'm running a tci circlematic glide in low gear 342 rear gearson a big 3/8ths.last night was the third night on the tranny,on the second lap of the heat the tranny just stopped working the rpms jumped up and i stopped moving.i put it into drive which works okay just a little slow and drove it off the track, reverse works also. got to the trailer checked the fluid and the linkage everything was fine tried putting it in low, everything worked okay, we fig i must have bumped the shifter in the heat.when i whent out for the feature everyhtin gseemed fine till they threw the green, same thing i have no low gear at rpms but it works fine at low rpms, and once it dissapears it will come back if you stop the car put it in nuetral or park and start all over again.i need help i'm still learning about trannys, i haven't had a chance to look at it yet i'm going out to the garage this morning, i'm hopin that maybe the c clip broke on the shaft where it goes into the crank flange, but i'm thinkin it won't be that easy.

valve body is fine, i got ahold of the guy that normally does my transmission work for me at home, this was the first time i went somewhere else. he promised me he will get on it first thing tue morn. good thing too we have double features sat night then another one next tue. all point shows, and i've gone from 6th to 14th in points in the last three weeks i'm not far behind but i can't afford anymore mistakes, i'll let you'all know what the prob was in case anyone else runs into the same thing

we got it the prob was traced back to a washer that was placed behind the spring in the low band servo? i think i got that right anyways the washer was getting itself jammed in the spring and causing a rather large pressure leak, lost the cluches band and more. oh well i guess thats racing,
