I'm looking for a way to remove a stuck bolt. The front inner bolt on the lower A-arm is stuck, will not rotate I've beat on it and nothing happens.
Thanks in advance!!!

I had this same type deal on a rear trailing arm bolt. The bolt and bushing sleeve had rusted together. I heated it up and burned it to death with a torch and beat on it and beat on it some more. It finally broke out, but it wasn't easy.

If you have a 41/2 inch grinder get a cutoff wheel for it and you will be able to slip it between the frame and bushing to cut the ends off the bolt.I had to go through this once also. When you put it back together coat it with some neverseize or some grease.

I was thinking of grinding that way. I was looking for a possible way to save it. I am going to try a large socket over the head and a seat clamp to press it out. But you know in the end I will be grinding it out and replacing it.

Thanks guys

a little heat, and some wd 40, pb blaster, etc. might work. the cuttoff wheel on the 4 or 4 1/2 grinder is quick and easy though. either way the bolt and the bushing is gonna have to be replaced.
