Purchased my first street stock this year. There is no flywheel cover, they said they haven't run one in years. Pros and cons of this other than weight, which is not a problem on this car. Thanks.

You must mean a flex-plate cover. You must be running a automatic. If your running a standard and a flywheel, you will need a safety bell housing.
I run a flex-plate cover so the mud don't get built up in there.

My mistake, yes your correct, flex plate cover on an automatic

We offer a universal one that is made out of high impact plastic. It runs around 25.00. The part number is 743866.
