I've got a stock clutch, stock throw out bearing and the fork keeps poping off of the ball joint. I use springs on the push rod to keep things tight but no mater what it just keeps poping off.
HELP!! Anything I can do without removing the tranny, bell housing, etc?

sounds like the factory clip on the fork is wore out. Use to see that alot on our old four wheel drives. when ever we would replace the clutch we would replace the fork and the ball.

Is the shaft that connects the fork and the level off of the foot pedal in proper alignment. could be pushing or pulling on the fork itself.
