Has anyone noticed one particular brand of tire having a substantially different roll-out than others? I've looked at several and can't find more than about a half inch difference in the same numerically sized tires.

Track rulse state that all tires must be the same size. I run 245/60's. I am looking for a tire brand that is appreciably larger or smaller so that I might get some stagger across the rear.

Good meeting you 2! Win that one for me will ya? Gas prices and the budget tell me I won't make it for the Nat'l 100.

Just a thought, wouldn't a new tire have a longer roll out than one with less tread? I know we run used Cooper Cobra's or BFG's. We get good traction and none of our tires have but around 1/8" tread left.
