I asked this in hobby help but thought id ask here to. I bought a hobby stock not to long ago and the fuel cell is on the right side of the car. I asked the maker of the chassis and he said its better to burn the weight on the right side then the left. Has any one ever heard of this or tried it... Or should I just cut it out and put it back in middle or left side like my other cars..

Leave it and see how you like it first.

Leave it, as fuel burns off, it adds left side weight which in turn will tighten the chassis. This all happens as the race goes along and the track get slick, which is when you need the chassis tightened.
