I have a question, In our division you have to run open rears. And a car that is always out front did a burn out in the parking lot and i swore that both tires spun?Hummm i have been teched with this car many times and i think once they jacked it up and spun the tires and i thought they spun in opposite directions... Is this possible with a limited slip?? If so i am looking for one for a GM 12 bolt. Also how would a limited slip be better on Asphalt than on dirt?? Thanks again all.

Yes, limited slip will allow tires to spin in oppisite directions when rear end is jacked up. Works good on both, but better on pavement because it allows both rear tires to pull but spin at oppisite speeds while going around corners.
