Ok guys, here what I have. 2 sets of 882 both a little work. The rules say stock head 74cc minimum and 1.94" intake, 1.5" exhaust. What casting would you use and are the 882s doable?
Thanks

882's are what I run. I've won the past 2 features with them. Mines just a .030 350 with stock flat tops and a 490 lift comp cam, 4 barrel intake with a quadrajet. works fine for me. Im in the top 3 every race.

882's are suppose to be the best flowing stock head that chevy made(of the open chamber heads) but they are very crack prone from what i have heard. Where I run the 487x is the most popular head suppose to have 10cc of extra runner volume.
