I have a 85 regal with stock but new springs i want to go to a race spring so i checked to see what everyone thought by reading past topics and now im confused on spring heigth my front springs measured stock at 16 inches so i cut off 2 inches now the fenders sit on the tires car doesnt move i checked on new race springs and it said 9.5 in. springs and that 11 inch springs cant be used with spacers because there to tall mine were 16 now 14 car dont move please help

what do you mean doesnt move? did you cut your fenders out?

Hey thanx for the ifo. Shortly after posting my question I read up more and realized the whole thing about stock springs sucn and thats why they were so long. I than read and read till I found what I thought would be best for my car I chose5.5X12in for the fornt 1000lf 1200rf and the twin pigtail 12in rear at 250lr225rr what do you think all good i hope ordered them last night.

12" twin pigtails in the back. I assume that means a pigtail on top and bottom? Where can these springs be ordered from?

I got my rear springs with pigtails on top and bottom from day motorsports 45 bucks a piece
