Last evening we saw a guy had some different looking exhaust manifolds on his car. Rules say "stock manifolds" and his passes tech. The manifolds look like the ends and middle portions are cast but there are tubes that run between the two, almost like a header. The car is top notch and I'm sure they used that stlye for a reason. It was on a mid 80's Monte. Any clue on these manifolds? Stock?

I've seen those manifolds, they come on 3/4 ton, 1 ton and bigger pickups, I had a 86 3/4 ton, they were on it, and my buddy had a 87 1 ton and they were on it also

Anyone ever thought of runin a manifold off of an lt1 they are cast they are stock and in an s10 350 interchange book they say they flow better than a short tube header. I have a set on my 305 2bbl the motor is basically stock with carb mods and it does just fine keeping up with the high dollar cheatn stock 305s at my local track

1985 Chevrolet pick-up has those type of manifolds on it. They look like a combination of header and stock.
