Since there is no general category, I'll post this here.

Shot from my friends and one of my biggest rivals purestocks is 5 minutes and 2 seconds of racing action from the Grand Rapids speedway in northern Minnesota. Im not in this clip, but will post another that includes me and a profain gesture to the camera after being tapped from behind... LOL

let me know what you think (the quality isnt the best to make it more user friendly)

Ok i'm mad...how'd you finish?
That's neat, sounds like you are having to really baby it off the corners, could be just the video. Also it doesn't sound like you are turning very many r's...
Nice driving!!

well it does say "pure stock video" but most do get carried away with pure stock with 6500 rpm motors, racing spring, shocks, off set wheels and so forth and so on.

This is actually shot from my friends car, he finished third. Im not sure why it doesnt show the finish, the copy I have and uploaded has the finish on it, but it somehow chopped off the last few seconds of the video during upload.

We usually turn about 5800-6000 max on that track. If you read our rules www.hibbingraceway.com we are left with no option but to be PURE STOCK. this car has been checked many times (he usually runs right up front) and was always legal....

I ran a sportzshot camera this year and was amazed with the video quality, the audio was somewhat lacking(quiet and a lot of ignition noise). With this setup you need to run a video camera to act as a vcr. I used a sony digital 8 mounted in an old ammo box. Sony also makes a 8mm, Hi8, and Digital 8 vcr, that is compact. The only problem I had was a couple of nights I had the camera in camera mode instead of vcr mode
