track rules want let me do suspention mods. so we twist the fram when we put the cage in ..... which is better... to twist the right front down or left front up.... and how far

Depends if you can run a front and rear hoop or not.

If you can run a front and rear hoop, Ive been told about one inch difference from side to side. (settled and measured at the spring pockets) Make sure your using a level surface to measure with.

If you CANT run a front and rear hoop, twist it like crazy...its gonna loose alot of it when you set it back on the ground.

Jack up the left front and right rear to twist it.

i can't run a hoop. i've never done both front and rear but i have had good luck with just twisting the RF down........but i'm told the best way is up with LF ????

right front down works good on several tracks in nc that i run

yeah, left front up or right front down is accomplishing the same thing...one is just easier then the other. I dont twist my car, I just run alot of stagger in the front. 6-8 inches.... and about 3 negative in the back, but we have a "non locked rearend" rule too
