can we run 60 series tire on 7 inch rim??rules say we have to use 7 inch rim.. what are the pros and cons??

I have run 245/60's on a 7" rim Therollout is about 84"

Dang thats BIG rollouts IMCA tires are 82" We run all diffrent sizes biggest on the right front about 82"

I have been running 245/60's and 255/60's on 7" rims for 3 seasons and quite a few others are too in our class. Haven't really had any problems. Have a 255/60 on the right front and haven't blown it for 2 seasons now.

Hey Speedracer, I also run a 245/60 on my right front and have had no problems with it even running 24 lbs air pressure.
