O.K Now i'm going to get the springs (new)

Its the metric monte 3/8 low banking(track
I was wondering what is the height of the springs to best suit the car? I ran stock springs last year except I had an f-150 spring in the r f ...
I was told to lower the car about 8 feet (lol) we cant change susp. parts ...
any help appreciated!

5.5 X 9.5 with spring spacers in the front and 5x 13 in the rear

We run at Ohswekenspeedway just outside of Brantford.We have raced against some of you cars at our track.

speedway... I've been there once,this year with a friend in the late model inv.
I was talking with dave, black monte # 32
he had some good advice
runs well I think.It's a nice track!
