I have a 76 Monte Carlo and am wondering if I could install a different body such as a Caprice or other modles like a Buick or Pontiac in the late 70's or early 80's? Has anyone tried this before? The Monte Carlos are getting hard to find, and these other cars most of the time have less rust. Thanks.

Build body panels out of 22ga for the exsisting car you have now, im making the front fenders for my 77 Nova just need a sheetmetal bender to form the fenders. Eddie

Nate sorry unable to post pics at the moment in a nutshell take the measurements from the existing fender and cut the wheel well out then with the sheetmetal bender bend it to match the existing fender works pretty good got the idea from a kid that done this. Eddie
