I'm an idiot when it comes to carburetors. Will any jets work how do you change jets? Is there a sure fire way to tune a carb? I'm not even sure I'm adjusting it right. Thanks for the help guys.

Not all jets are the same. I would reccomend tapping the holes to run holley jets not sure what tap you need? About the only other thing to due play with the air bleed size and the metering as those carbs do tend to lean out at top end but I would leave that to a pro..

Dont mess with retapping the carb. just use Q-jet jets. they screw right in and are available new from the dealer as well as many places on line. If you PM KP on here he can help you out as well.

Ask KP about a set of jets. I bought a set from 65 to 78 from him earlier in the year, then I got smart and just had him go through a couple of quadrajets for me and I don't mess with it anymore.
