We run a inch more arch in our left rear to put cross weight in ours we can't run any weight jack bolts or adjustable shakles.

arch in a spring has many variances and possibilities. if you would detail your question as to what the car is doing maybe we can help you. In general arch is simply the answer to ride height questions: getting your car a certain height. If you throw in the anti-squat personalities then we would be here for sometime. Afco catalog has an explanation of leaf springs and their adjustments at the rear of their catalog.
