Anybody else ever use a tree to reair body damage. Have pulled both ends of front bumper back out using two trees, chains and a chain hoist.

one 1943 Ford 9n tractor, some logging chain, a sturdy tree and a good running start. One part to a tree, the other to the tractor, and VIOLA, like magic I say!

2 log chains an 84 chevy 4wd and a big tree. Worked numbers on the car. If we have time we are going to "fine tune" it again.

For fenders and doors I take them off then a rubber mallet or deadblow type hammer and a thick blanket or quilt on the garage floor painted side down. Least ammount of collateral damage that way.

I take my panels out on the grass and use my size 12's on them and finish them off with a rubber mallett.
