Alot of your question depends on the weight of your car and track length and banking comes into play also... I have ran 175s on a 2800lb camaro and they worked really well but they dont last all that long I think I changed them 2 or 3 times during the season but I was winning and didnt want to go up but the next year I went with 200s and seemed like they got better after running them a while I wouldnt be afraid to run 250s if your car weighs 3200 or better they would hold up alot better on a budget....have fun and good luck.....Towman

What is your minimum weight after race....If you cant put the car on a diet Id go with the 250s or to put a little more LR in it go with 200 or 225 RR and a 250 on the LR good luck and have fun ....Towman

get some springs from jc whitney..

they have 5 leaf for 55 each.

I bought the 5 leafs heres the ratings I got with a slider type mt, the rating would go up with a shackle..

1"=205
2"=335
3"=500
4"=626

they also sell 3,4,5,6 leafs.. you have to look them up under camaro, and 68 nova for the 3 leaf.
