what do you mean no rules? like actual no rules, or just ignoring them? can you move mounting points? can you run big motors?
do they have website? because if there are no rules then that is pretty wide open. find out for sure then if there are no rules you can make a pretty fast car.
you want to set the motor back quite a bit if you can, you want to make it light. find out for sure so you dont build anything illegal.

then increase the anlge of the lower angle of the rear trailing arms, also lower the angl of the upper trailing arms this will bring the instant center closer to the rear axle so that will increase the thrust angle and forward bite. those spring seem a little high, may knock them down a little.
a mini clucth will really help.
get bilstien shocks all the way around, i dont know the stock mount numbers. afco spring on the front and rear. ask some other guys for a starting point, i do not drive a street to much.
if you get gutsy you can change it over to a three link. but they may start to look the car over if you three wheel and lap the field.
set the motor back as far as you can get away with. this will help the rear %.
