Does anyone know the correct banjo bolt threads for an 82 Monte. I have to run stainless braided lines and need the whole setup. Anyone have any thoughts on line length as well?

10 mm, XRP makes a fitting that screws right in the caliper w/o using the banjo. Its like 8 bucks for a two pack. Ill try to get the part number, just bought some but threw the pack away.

Yeah the #3 an braided lines that came in the brake line kit. The part number for the fitting you need is 6174143 at speedway motors. Hope this helps.

There are 2 banjo bolt sizes for the small meteric calipers

10mm-1.50
10mm-1.25

They both were used on the meterics in the 80`s. I would take your caliper to your local auto parts store and have them check this for you. they should have the bolts you need.

The description of the part that WaltonJr suggests is:

10MM X 1.0 Japanses AN#3 P/N - 617-4143

I'm sold, then get 90 deg brake lines
