There are 3 tracks within 45 minutes of me.
I plan to race mainly 2 of them, but the 2 tracks have different rules for street stock.
One says it must have stock interior and dash the other track lets you run a race seat and sheetmeal dash, which is what the car I'm now looking at has. Also one track says stock cam and one says .440 lift max.
Headers is another
How can i stay competitive at both tracks.
The car handles great but at the one track it doesn't have the power coming out of the turns to stay with the other cars.

I'd run the track that allows a racing seat,a local track is talking 'bout a stock class with a stock seat, really stupid, why sacrifice safety? To save money by not buying a $100 seat?If the other track won't let you run with a racing seat, tell them goodbye. There's not a whole lot of difference in a stock lift cam and a .440 lift cam.

I'm with rico on this one. Stock seats have no place in modern stock car racing of any kind. Those supports sure are nice to have.

Just a little crazy!!!!!!

I agree. race seat only..

full cage, and if the tracks very fast front hoop also for me..

I got out of hobbys because I had a full blown cage and some guys had bedframe rails, or just a t bar like a derby car with a blade on the door.
I cant see enjoying racing if youve killed someone.
