This might sound dumb, but bear with me. I have been terrible tight in the middle of the corner at both race tracks all year. One is a long 3/8's with wide sweeping banked turns. (In the corner a long time), and the other is a short 3/8's with shorter, and less steep banked corners (I'm tighter at this track). My problem is the car will not rotate at all in the center. Feels great going in, but I have to turn the car all the way to the left, in the middle, which gives me a pushy/loose off the corners. I don't believe anything is bent.

My numbers are (without me in it) 50.4% cross, 51.8% left, and 53.3% rear. I weigh 188lbs, so I think that should fix my left side %. My springs are: lf 1200; rf 1100; lr 200; and rr 200. Car weighs 3420lbs (half full of gas) I have a 1.5" lowering block in the rr. I don't know the #'s on the front shocks, but the rf is an easy up. The rears are 1094's. I've been runnin' 3/8" front stagger, and 2 1/4" on the rear.

The reverse split in the front, believe it or not, has made me a lot faster. I can feel the car a lot better now.

I have a 225lb spring I can put on the lr. Would that give me more body roll, and take side bite out, or make me that much tighter? If I go any softer in the rf spring, I believe I'll be dragging. Anything helps!! Thanks guys!

I believe your problem may be on entry rather than something in the middle. Start by increasing your rear and see if you can improve your corner entry, you may see everything else fix itself...

My advice is to put your front springs back where the originally were, put the 225 on the left rear and put the lowering block on that spring. When you reversed the split, you inadvertantly reduced the crossweight in your chassis.which freed the car up some.

ANOTHER THING TO CONSIDER(AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT IT HAPPENED TO ME)IS TOE. EVERYONE TOLD ME TO RUN TOE 1/4 INCH OUT. I WAS TIGHT IN THE MIDDLE AND LOOSE COMING OFF. THE REASON WAS GOIN INTO THE CORNER WEIGHT TRANSFERS TO THE RIGHT FRONT,AND THAT WAS POINTING AT THE WALL SO THAT' S WHERE THE CAR WANTED TO GO, COMING OFF THE CORNER ON THE THROTTLE WEIGHT SETTLES ON LEFT FRONT POINTING AT INFIELD MAKING THE CAR FEEL LOOSE. I PUT TOE AT 1/8 AND IT DIDN'T FEEL SO EVIL, NOW I RUN STRAIGHT UP , IT'S UNDER CONTROL.
