This may sound kinda dumb, but I'm still VERY new when it comes to setting up stock cars. What is the shock #, the spring rate, and how do you find them? Any help would be appreciated.

The shock number is usually the number on the shock like "1094" I am not sure what the 10 means but the 9 stands for 9 inchs of travel, and the 4 means it has 4 valves controling the movement up and down. other numbers are 1095 and numbers that have a / in them which usually mean its a split shock. meaning the compression is controledd by one set of valves and the rebound is controlled by another.
The spring rates are best found when purchased or you should test them with calibrated spring rate test. You can find them on the spring stamped somwhere near an end at times also.
Hope this helps you in some way
