Can anyone tell me what the smallest STOCK converter GM made is, and was there ever a stock lockup converter.

What type of transmission are you using? Some of the later model cars had small diameter converters but they won't work in the older transmissions.

Maybe a vega,but they are not very strong.

Yes a vega converter is a smaller diameter and weaker, but it is also a higher stall converter which means more slippage on the track.

i have a t-350 out odf a 79 monte has a small comverter and 153 tooth flex plate. i also have a converter for a lock out 350 i would sell pretty cheap
