What kind of wieght percentages should i look for with a 77 monte carlo on a 5/8 mile low banked track weighing approx. 3500 ?

Hey Rookie,
Most guys around here shoot for 53% left
53% rear and about 48% cross weight. Hope this helps. You can also use the reverse scale program on this website to help you get the weight for each wheel. Good luck

In my opinion, if the track is relatively flat you should shoot for as much left side % as your rules allow, at least 53%, rear % could be from 51-53%, and about 51% cross and tune all your %'s from there. Just make sure you get enough bite to get you off the corner w/o spinning. Just remember, as you increase your cross weight it will make your car looser on entry and tighter off. Hope I've helped.
