Ok guys,I have recieved my adjustable "pro shocks".They look as though it will be easy to install(look like OEM shocks)My question is what are the suggested settings for each on....RF;LF;RR;LR
The adjustments are as follow; 'R' soft rebound-easy up for weight transfer 'F' 50/50-equal dampening(as in non-adjust) 'XF' stiff rebound-more control(slow weight transfer)
Ifound some recomendations in a book--LF-40/40....RF30/50.....LR30/30....RR30/30
Again our car is a pontic metric we will be racing on a high bank 1/4 mile clay track.springs are 1000LF;1200RF;225LR;250RR
Any suggestions would be great,again I thank you all for all the info....this project would not be possible with you!

not sure on your shocks but we run our rear springs with the stiffer one on the left side

I agree cutnup. Also with the high roll center of metric rear suspension I would run 50#-75# spring split to promote body roll. Shock setings fronts on "R" rears on "F" to start out?
