i take the windsheild out with a window knife i bouth from snap-on it was under 20 dollars and works good, but i used to work in a body shop so ive taking a few out lol. As far as the black glue, the easyest way i found ia after u got the window out ,let the car sit out side overnight, if it gets cold there like it does here in iowa then it comes off pertty ez . the best way to cut the roof post is like 17 j said good luck

poke a little hole where you can get a piece of wire or old guitar string, between the window and the frame and you and a friend just work it around the windshield works good for me!!

I have used the cable wire off the adjustable side mirror it worked great, slip it under the edge of the windsheild use two pairs of vise grips and get a buddy to help saw it back and forth and it will usually come out for you. And wear gloves

i've used a torch to get the glue nice and hot and then just push the window out. make sure to wear long sleeves and gloves because the glue is HOT!! I usually cut the posts low so I don't bang myself up on the posts while i'm in and out of the car.

Pay a body shop or glass man to remove it. Usually $15 to $20 and they hual off the glass. After doing several with all the ways listed I ain't about to take a car off the trailer until THEY do it.

another trick i've seen is a knife in a big soldering iron it goes thru the rubber and glue like it's warm butter really does a good job and easy.

i agree with redneck bubbas. i had a glass installer remove mine on the monte carlo. he took them back to his shop and found a man who bought them. we split the money and he didnt even charge me a dime. its nice to have friends in low places..
