That depends on your engine/chassis combination. Neg. pinion angle wil take away engine torque at the rear wheels at low rpm and it cancels out at high rpm. So if you have alot of torque and having trouble hooking the tires up it can help. You will need to replace rear u-joint out every 3-4 races. Range runs from +7 to -3.

Hey Racer
So if I have this right, the more angle on the pinion negatively..it takes away low end torque???They use this to keep the tires hooked upcomin out though....How much do you think the angle changes when changing the slider mounts, Does it make the pinion angle more negative being all the way back??

No it will raise the pinoin angle if you slide it back and keeping the hiem at same length at rubber. When I move it back I use a shorter hiem so it keeps the right pinion angle.
