Ok, you all gave me good advice, but I have one more important ?. I know it is hard to find a ride in the Modifeids, but I'm the kind of guy that proabably won't go to sleep until I finish something. Anyways, What would be easier, finding a sponsor and buying a modified. Or, working hard to get a free ride? What do you think? Thanks alot-DJ

It is much easier to find many sponsors...much easier for a business to give up $500 than thousands...You will be able to find a competative chassis's either new or used...Building helps you drive( you will need this knowledge)
There just isn't that many rides to jump into out there

A good used car will run you 5,000-10,000 depending on the car. Engine you can buy a good used one complete sportsman around 6,000 358 6,000-10,000 and a big block 12,000 to 18,000. Just double those numbers for aprox. price for new. Hope these #s help.
