i run a class where all we can run is weight jacks im running a 3 link car and im in fear that if i have to much roll the left rear will come out of the cup and not go back in. how can i stop this. i can not run an elimanator.

Just make sure your left side has extra long cups to fit farther down inside your spring.

we drill the cup and loop a small wire or cable and use clamps to hold the spring in.

we came up with this idea.. we are going to make tha botom cup about 5inch longer and than bolt the top cup to the weight jackand leave room on the bolt to let the jack bolt move upwards befor catching the cup. wire the top cup and spring this will alow the botom of the sprin lifted up off the botom cup but wont comeout because the botom cup as a 7inc long spring holder make anysense?

They make a longer spring cup. It's twice the lenght over standard ones. I use these on all the new cars I build. I think there $15.00. One on the lf and lr. If you need some let me know I can get the price and d/s them to you. ltr gl

I take all thread or any bar, and bend it into a u shape. then weld a set in a + sign looking from the top into the spring cup. Then the car can pick up the spring off the cup and when it lands it it will automatically slide the spring back onto the pocket.
