what do most of you do to keep underneath clean. I have been using Castrol super clean, but it takes the color off of the anodised aluminum peices on the car. I see some cars that are years old and still immaculate. Is it Mud off?

we pull into the car wash on the way home from the track and wash the car. $5-10 bucks per night is worth it to have a clean car to work under through the week.

I let mine sit for a day, knock the mud off on the trailer, leave that in the neighbors yard.It seems to save a buck or two if all the mud is dry.

I like to spray it down in baby oil as much as I can. Then either go to car wash and clean it there for 10 bucks or more, or go home and put it up in the air, take off wheels andhand scrub everything and lots of dawn dishsoap and hard work. But keeps it clean. The dawn seems to do good with the mud spots, Also I wax the body a few times a year seems to help also.
This year I am hoping to have a hot water pressure washer, I know one late model guy that uses one and swears by them.

We go to a $5.00 all you can wash car-wash, and usually leave the mess there.

I forgot to mention this.. you might try going to you local carwash and hit them up for sponsorship. Even if its 10 or 20$ worth of tokens a week it may not seem like much but its worth it. And its good advertisement for the wash. Everytime we wash the car people stop and look.
