Assuming you are running a Ford 9" Floater... here are some starting suggestions for the back half of the car. I'm not real familiar with the front half of a Camero, so I can't really give you any tips on front springs... except for get them as soft as you can without bottoming out.

Springs
LR 200
RR 150

Shocks
LR 94
RR 93

Trailing arm angle
LR 20 Degree's Uphill
RR 10 Degree's Uphill

J bar

Keep it even with the pinion on the rearend, and then normally about 4" of rake up to the chassis should do the trick. It depends on the mount but it'll be in the 18-20" Range.

No less t han 60 pound of left rear bite and no less than 57% Rear. Set your cross at 50 and go with it.

On the pullbar, without knowing how much HP, I'd start with an 800 and go from there.
