Can anyone recommend a good chassis and/or driving school tailored for the IMCA modified? I know Mark Bush from AFCO does one with Larry Shaw, Howard Willis and Andy Clairborne with Russel Moore Motorsports (DirtWorks), but can't find infomation on any others. Not looking for an entry level class, but would like to learn some advanced concepts and even one that encorporated driving cars. Let me know your experiences with any. Thanks.

Mike Duvall has one in south carolina, http://mikeduvall.com/. I don't know alot about it except its 2 days first day classroom , second day driving 2 seat car [mod or latemodel]you ride with him he rides with you type thing. there are also several latemodel only classes. http://clevelandspeedway.com/school/ http://www.dalemcdowell.com/home.html most of the latemodel tech stuff can be applied to a mod. hope this helps.

Thanks for the info nwarkracefan. I know Eddie Martin is a very accomplished racer and would be interested in learning about his seminars. Is there a website I could check out??? I'll try and send a message to the email you listed.

Thanks.

sorry, I don't know of a webpage for Eddie's seminars. The thread that I copied from in the above link was a fairly recently posted thread from another forum, so that email address will hopefully get you in touch with a person with more information than I have access to.

Have a good one

I went to racewise school with Mark Bush and Mark Richards for Rocket and it was awsome. Mark Bush is very smart when it comes to race cars, He has worked with everything from go-karts to cup cars.
I just got the Bob Harris workshop book and video.
from experience the Bob Harris work shop is $150.00 and the racewise school is $450.00.
I would pay $1,000.00 and go to the race wise school!!!!!
Bob Harris and Kelly Shryock sound like a bunch of babbling idiots, Bob needs to realize it is not 1998 anymore and kelly should be lucky he can drive a car as good as he does cuz he would never make it as a teacher!!! thats just me thow!!

My dad, who winters in Florida just called me and said that he just got thru talking to Kiminski-Southard and he will be assisting them with set-ups and driving sessions. He seemed very excited about this oppertunity and has something to do while enjoying his retirement in the Florida sun!
Many of you will remember him as ford5dad off the older chat room days. he brings to the table 50+ years of racing experience.
