Have heard alot of on this subject like to here some thoughts are here What makes the chassis lift pan-hard bar softer springs or stiffer springs soft pullbar spring stiffer pullbar springs biscit bar.Bar angles lower or higher on upper 4-bar.I have seen a few 4-bar cars hook up on a dry slick track with not that much lift they were very smooth i have also seen jack rabbit car hook up but they seemed hard to drive .How can you get them smooth .

There are so many variables that affect chassis lift springrates, bar lengths ,angles ,it's all relitive. when you think about springs you can't just think about the way they affect the car in compression .you have to think about the affects on the car in extension also. a soft spring can only put so much pressure on the ground. BUT THE THING THAT HAS THE MOST AFFECT ON HOW SMOOTH A CAR LOOKS IS THE DRIVER . HOW SMOOTH ARE THEY ON AND OFF THE GAS AND BRAKES.
