We have 3 of them. Before 4 links caught on we won 3 championships in 2 years. These would be excellent sport mods because the Larson 2 link setup was awesome. Unfortunately the 4 link is the way to go now unless your just getting started in a mod. We have great setup info records. We finished 4th in points last 2 years so now its time to get a 4 link. Ours are for sale if your interested.

How much are you wanting for the 2 link Larson Mod as a roller?

You would be better off getting a used Dirtworks, Harris, GRT, Hoffman...

I know Dirtworks and Harris both have pretty decent trade in's for sale.

Who has the best 2 link setup out there? Harris, Dirtworks, Hot, Larson?

I feel that for used chassis, Dirtworks, and Harris both have some of the best 2 link programs going right now. Currently GRT has the best new 2 link cars. If you can find a used GRT I would go that route as well.

There are plenty of 2000-2003 DW-8's out there on a 2 link that can be had for around $4500. Harris has some good trade in's as well. If you are interested in the Harris, call Brett Meyer, he'll be able to set you up with whatever you want.

Either choice is good, I know if I were going to buy used it would be Harris, Dirtworks, GRT, and then Hot and the rest. Harris and Dirtworks both have cars that work well.

I'm only the crew chief, I'll have the car owner send you a private e-mail. All 3 are rollers.

Hey Tobin, do any of these mods have the moly option? If so, what part is moly and what can you expect for weight and scaling?
I,ve ran across some successful setups with my current metric mod and often thought that a light-weight chassis would be the next step.
Feel free to PM me with info on those rollers also

What is the difference between the Dw-7, DW-8, or DW-9. We are thinking about getting a used MOD built on a small metric frame. Then if we like the class build a new metric frame mod.

I think Kellen Chadwick is runing a pro chassis short bar 2 links, He has been bad fast on the west coast. Won a bunch of races came through the b to finish 5th or 6th in vegas and he was up to 6th at the boone nationals untill he broke. I know there are more 4 bar cars out there but I good 2 link car can run with the best of them.
