Putting together a new car using Speedway Motors drilled out metric calipers and their AN banjo fittings. I can't get the darn things to stop leaking from around the banjo. I have tried using copper washers with the aluminum ones they provided but it still leaks. Any tricks I'm missing? Didn't have this problem the last time I used them.

U probably already checked this but make sure the surfacing are clean of all debris.
Are ur fittings ok maybe a part defect?

There is crack on one of the banjos where a fluid hole was drilled but I can't see how that would leak. Unless the crack expands under pressure (a possibility) it's probably a mismatched surface.

I never had good luck with the banjo fittings, they always seemed to crack or break. I went to a straight AN fitting to a 90* break line.

I'm going to look for a reducer to get from a 1/8" pipe straight fitting to the drilled out 7/16" caliper. I'm not sure they make those ...
