What lower control arm bushings do you guys use? why? (i mean stock, performance type urithane(spelling??), aluminum...)

Polyurethane, cause I feel they are more durable under racing conditions.

hey zero, for 7.00 ea. i run the stockers and get them from advamce auto parts.

On dirt get a urethane set and use them for 2 arm sets for the right. On the left use the stock rubber ones, the left is almost hanging there anyway so why waste the money on the good set. Aluminum and Steel sets can bind to much. The bumps in a dirt track beat them up ALOT more that running them on asphault.
We made a set once with rod end bearings inside and cut up a stock rubber set to cover them on both sides. They worked good but were more trouble than worth.
