Have an older ford 9" floater housing that has bolt on snouts. You have the center section then an axle tube that is welded into that comes out some distance with a flange welded to that then you have the snout that has a flange on it and the two flanges meet up and bolt together. It is a wide five and I want to convert it over to a 5X5 does anyone know who would make these flanged snouts? Any info is appreciated. Thanks

We used to a 9" with a similar set up it was a grand national rear out of an old nascar rig,it was built by Stock Car Products and had bolt on spindles. You should still be able to buy them.Otherwise any GOOD fabricator-machinest should be able to make you some.I know one who can.
