Hey guys, I need some help. I'm putting together a mod for next year, and I've switched over to chebby power. Now, I'm having problems with finding a lower pulley that has a hole large enough to accept my mandrel for my fuel pump. Who sells a lower pulley for a short water pump that has the large hole in it? If you're not sure what I'm talking about, most of the lower pulleys have a center hole in them large enough for the balancer bolt. Well, my mandrel is built to fit inside the balancer and it has a rolled pin that fits into the woodruff key slot. I need a lower pulley with a hole as large as the hole in the balancer. Thanks for any reply and ........................See ya at the track!!

I had same problem but had a friend that had drag race engine had right size pulley hole but it was smaller o.d. so it has slowed my power steering down and temp went up alittle. Might go get old one back and have it machined out from my mandrell.

I know what your talking about, but i cant help finding one. My brother machined ours out to fit. If you got the resource, there easily machined to fit.

I've always just machined the pulley to fit. Any competent machine shop should be able to do it really cheaply if you aren't able to do it yourself.

Thanks guys. I thought that this might be the answer. I did, however, find one place that sells them but they're $50. I think I'll get mine machined. It already lines up with the upper one so that's one less battle to fight. Thanks for the help, and ...................See ya at the track!!
