I run the 4-2 but I'm on a metric stub. Your Harris is a Chevelle, right? Front springs will be different. But anyways, I run a 19" shorty straight bar. I also use a pull-bar. Basically your gonna set the 4-2 like the 4-Z. Except you will probably not use as much LR bar angle with the 4-2, depending on what you have now. So to get the RR started.... Mount the bottom bar at around level or 5 degrees uphill. Mount the spring behind the rear end housing. You won't need as much LR bite with the 4-2 either. Start out with around 50-60 LR, thats without the driver. If you scale with the driver then set it around 75-90lbs. Also I don't know what springs your running now but I'm using 225LR and 200RR. Try that and let me know how it does. Oh yeah, with the LR 4-bars. Like I said you don't need too much angle. Start with around 5 degrees up on the bottom bar and 15 degrees up on the top bar. Start your pullbar around 15 degrees down. If you need anything else let me know.

We also have run the 4-2, we got it from flynlo and he helped us a bunch. We ran the spring on top for a while and it was good on a tacky track, but not as good on a dry slick. Put the spring behind on a c/o and it was way better for slick and it was also good on tacky. We also run a metric clip car.

Jimmy reeves ran that set up on mike brummits car the last race at santa maria. He was really fast. Beleive he was running the j bar with a pullbar. Was dominating the race untill he bent the j bar in half. Track was hooked up and really rough. That is the only time I have seen it run out here but I was thinking of converting my car over for next year. Seemed to really work well.
