I have a 3 link car.....lower left side at 14 " and right side at 20". I have been running a j-bar all year and am thinking of putting on a 19" straight bar with it mounted under the pinion. I run IMCA. If I do this, what changes to handling can I expect. I will not be able to keep my rack at a certain height. I will just have to put it at 19" and wherever it mounts to the chassis is where I will have to live with it at. Thoughts????????

There is not alot of word out about these bars, either no one will share the info because there fast, or no one has tried it.

I have heard that people who do run them say that they set them up with about 25* angle up to the frame. As well i hear it hooks up.

Also i heard alot of guys are having success with them on 4-Bar cars. I talked to a guy at Midwest Motors, now he works at Harris i believe, but he was telling me that there was guy locally that was ballistic with this pinion moount set up and on a 4 Bar car.

No idea how it would work on a 3 Link, never worked with one. So it may be something you will have to figure out. Could be worth it thou if it gives you that much more bite.

check the 3m car he is running one. He is fast. LOL. I it looks like he runs about 5 or 6" of rake on a 20" bar.
