I would think this was more effort than it is worth. plus if he only moved one mount I bet it will bind.
I heard a rumor a few years back that a guy at our local track switched his lower arms left to right & right to left and did well but I had never heard of adjusting the mount.

you said the lower RR mount then the LF. Are you talking about the lower control arms up front???? please explain a little better. If your talking about the front....(of course I don't know TOO much about assphalt) but I have heard of altering the front basically twisting it, back in the old days and it supposedly helped handling. But anyways just explain a little better what info your looking for.

i "think" ed howe used to do this on his pavment cars like 30 years ago. if i remember correctly the upper a's were also canted so the right side pointed in (looking forward) and the left side pointed out a little. i had a howe car back in about 1977 but it was a dirt car.

what he did was move the front lower rear mount out on the right and in on the left and it appears that it made the wheelbase 1.5 inches longer than the lf. it sure caused me fits when i tryed to square the rearend off the lowers. rick
