If I run a bypass fuel relief valve on a return line from the back of my fuel log do I have to have a vent spot on the fuel cell also? What I mean is do I have to have a pickup line, return line, and vent line? Or will a pickup and return line work right?

no matter where your return line goes, you still need a vent on the cell

You will have to have a vent no matter if you have a vented cap or not. I burnt 2 motors because of this.I use alcohol gas may not need it but I would vent it no matter what.
