I just installed a kse tandem pump. I capped their return port and used a regulator with the jet from speedway, on the end of the log. My question is, what high and low pressures should I shoot for. I was thinking 4-5 idle and 10-12 high end, also should I set the float level @ the low press or the high?.

Thanks, Josh

I assume this is alky? Main thing on idle pressure is to keep it down so that it doesnt overpower the needle and seat since they dont seal as well as a viton needle. 1-2# is plenty. When we ran alky the needle would barely bounce off 0 at idle. High pressure, the KSE has way more volume than you need so 8-9# should work for you there. If you can you should try to set the float level at your high presure setting.
