what are the effects of moving the rear of the pull bar to the right or left or just leaving it in the middle? on the same line, what are the effects of moving the 90-10 shock the same?

The pull bar at the rear end, which ever tire it is closer to, is loaded more, in the middle, loads both tires evenly. If you do a search on pull bar on this forum, there is alot of information about the pull bar. Hopes this help, can't really tell you about the 90-10, but I'm sure it has been discussed before on this forum and you can probably do a search on it.

more upward angle in pullbar tightens entry. weve experimented a little with this this year. also we had a longer 90/10 on the car and it was bottoming out so we put a shorter one on and it tightened the car right up but i think when the other one was slamming down it was bottoming causing the loose condition.
