To answer your questions moving the rr bar down(the rearward facing one). will cause that side to have more on the throttle drive, which will mean that the car will push harder with the rr tire, which will make the car looser feeling from the driver seat. moving the lr swing arm (front bar) up a hole will increase the drive on that side, which will cause the car to push with that tire harder, which will give the car a pushing feeling. if your looking for more bite then some idea's are to lower both back bars down a hole, or the rr rearward bar down a hole, and the lr front up a hole. then your increasing the drive on both sides and the car will continue to drive neutral just with more bite than before.
