We are considering making the move to coil-overs. (despite my reservation) I am not familiar with them so I thought I would ask the experts. Here is what we have-, floated springs both sides, LR in back, RR in front. Are the coilovers a direct replacement? Do I have to clamp the Bird cages, or can I just pull everything off anf float the coilovers, LR in back and RR in front. We currently run a 225 LR and 200 RR. Do I want to stay with these spring rates or switch? I am interested in your opinions. Thanks

When i changed mine over i just took off the eliminators and put the coilovers on in their place. If your running split valved shocks, remember that if your moving the shock from the front to the back of the birdcage the shock is traveling in the opposite direction when the birdcage indexes. If your running stright valves though its just a simple swap.
